AI support and maintenance through the CARE Program

AI capabilities keep changing after launch, as platforms update, information shifts and users raise new questions. The CARE Program gives the AI your organisation relies on agreed monitoring, user support and scoped improvements.

CARE Program in Dubai

An AI setup that worked well at handover will not stay that way on its own. Platforms release new features and change settings, connected systems evolve, source documents go out of date and users meet cases nobody anticipated. Without someone watching, quality can drift quietly. The CARE Program is Majlis Hub’s ongoing AI support and maintenance service, designed to keep delivered capabilities useful, controlled and understood by the people who depend on them.

CARE is scoped separately from installation and solution projects and is never added automatically. Together we agree what it covers: which systems or workflows, what will be monitored, how users raise questions, how changes are requested and approved, and how often we review the results with you. Typical activities include re-checking outputs against the original evaluation examples, applying platform and configuration updates, refining instructions, supporting users and making small, agreed improvements. Response arrangements are set as part of that scope rather than assumed.

Human oversight does not end at launch. The UAE Charter for the Development and Use of Artificial Intelligence includes human oversight, safety, and governance and accountability among its priorities, and the CARE Program gives those principles a routine: periodic review, recorded changes and a clear owner on your side for each decision. Larger changes, such as a new workflow or a newly connected system, are discussed and scoped as separate work so the agreed care stays clear. CARE usually follows an installation or solution Majlis Hub delivered. If your setup was built elsewhere, we start with a review before agreeing what we can responsibly support.

Who this is for

  • Organisations that have completed an enterprise AI installation with Majlis Hub
  • Teams running an AI automation, agent or dedicated system in daily work
  • IT teams that want support with monitoring, updates and user questions
  • Business owners who rely on AI outputs and want regular quality reviews
  • Organisations whose AI tools were set up elsewhere and now need structured care

What we handle

Monitoring

Periodic checks of agreed outputs, usage and connections, so issues are noticed and discussed early.

Updates and configuration

Reviewing platform changes and applying approved configuration, permission or connector updates.

User support

A defined route for users to ask questions, report unexpected behaviour and receive guidance.

Optimisation

Adjusting instructions, workflow steps or settings when evaluation results or user feedback show room for improvement.

Quality reviews

Re-running representative examples against the original criteria and recording what has changed.

Scoped improvements

Small, agreed enhancements after delivery, with larger changes proposed separately.

Records and review meetings

A log of changes, findings and decisions, reviewed with your owner at agreed intervals.

What to have ready

  • A description of the AI capabilities in use and who relies on them
  • Any handover documentation, configuration notes or evaluation examples from delivery
  • Administrator access arrangements, approved by your IT owner
  • Known issues, user questions or changes you would like to make
  • The business owner and IT contact who will approve decisions
  • Relevant data, information security and AI-use policies, including recent changes
  • How quickly different kinds of issues usually need attention in your organisation

How it works

Four clear steps.
One point of contact.

  1. 01

    Review

We look at what is in use, how it was configured, who relies on it and any current issues.

  2. 02

    Define the care scope

We agree coverage, monitoring, support routes, change approvals and review intervals in writing.

  3. 03

    Monitor and support

We carry out the agreed checks, support users and apply approved updates and improvements.

  4. 04

    Review together

We share findings and changes at each agreed review and propose any larger work separately.

Questions we are asked

Your questions,
answered.

What is the CARE Program for AI support and maintenance?

The CARE Program is Majlis Hub’s separately scoped service for ongoing AI support and maintenance in the UAE. It covers agreed monitoring, user support, updates and small improvements for AI capabilities already in use. What is covered is defined in writing before it starts.

Is ongoing AI support included when Majlis Hub delivers a project?

No. Majlis Hub’s installation and solution projects end with documentation and handover. Ongoing monitoring, support and improvements are provided only through the CARE Program, which is scoped and agreed separately.

Can the CARE Program support AI tools another provider set up?

This can be discussed. Majlis Hub starts with a review of the existing setup, its documentation and access arrangements before agreeing what the CARE Program can responsibly support. Some setups need changes before ongoing care is practical.

Why does AI need maintenance after launch?

AI capabilities depend on platforms, connected systems, information and user habits that all change over time. Without regular review, output quality can drift and settings can move out of line with policy. AI support and maintenance keeps those changes visible and managed.

What is the difference between a CARE improvement and a new project?

Under the CARE Program, improvements are small, agreed adjustments within the existing scope, such as refining instructions or updating a connector. A new workflow, a large new group of users or a newly connected system is proposed and scoped as separate work, so expectations stay clear on both sides.

Do you guarantee uptime or fixed response times for AI support?

Response arrangements and review intervals are agreed in each CARE Program scope. The availability of the underlying AI platforms is outside Majlis Hub’s control, so we do not promise it. Our focus is noticing issues, communicating clearly and acting within the agreed scope.
